qRT-PCR analysis of (A) XTH18 (At4g30280), (B) EXLA1 (At3g45970), (C) XTH19 (At4g30290), and (D) EXPA9 (At5g02260) in wild-type (WT) and gid1 single and double mutants in dry seeds and after 30 h imbibition. ddCt expression values relative to validated constitutive transcripts are presented. Medium additions, as indicated: 10µM GA4+7, 1µM ABA. Mean values ± SE of 4x 200 seeds are presented.
